Neopost Refill Service

The refill service costs $150 CND plus the cost to ship the cartridge to us. We pay the shipping back to you. For our American customers the cost is $100.00 USD plus the cost of shipping the empty cartridge to us. We pay the shipping back to you. Compare this cost to purchasing a new cartridge.

The service is very simple to use and is completed in 3 simple steps.

1. Simply print and fill out our Refill Service Form (Canadian Residents) or our Refill Service Form USD (USA residents only)

2. Mail us your empty Neopost cartridge along with the form.

3. Receive your Neopost Ink cartridge back refilled.

Currently we offer a refill service for the following cartridges:

• Neopost IJ35 - This cartridge works in the following mailroom machines:IJ35, IJ40, IJ45, IJ50, and IJ60

• Neopost IJ65 - This cartridge works in the following mailroom machines: IJ65, IJ70, IJ75, IJ80, and IJ85

The cost for the refill service is $150.00 CND or $100.00 USD (USA residents only) plus the cost to ship the empty cartridge to us. We will pay for the cost to ship the refilled cartridge back to you.
